TERMS & CONDITIONS

Loa-Audio – Mixing & Mastering Services


1. Booking & Payment

All mixing and mastering services require full payment in advance in order to secure a booking.

Payment confirms studio time allocation and the commencement of technical work.
No project will be scheduled or initiated until payment has been received and verified.


2. Nature of the Service

Mixing and mastering are both technical and artistic processes. Each project is handled individually and tailored specifically to the audio material and creative direction provided by the client.

Due to the creative nature of audio production, results may vary depending on the quality of the source material and the clarity of the client’s instructions. Every project is approached with professional expertise and industry-standard practices.


3. Delivery of Audio Material

The client is responsible for delivering audio files in the required technical specifications (format, sample rate, bit depth, proper labeling, synchronization, etc.).

Loa-Audio is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Clipped or distorted recordings
  • Poor gain staging
  • Incorrect exports
  • Missing stems
  • Low-quality source files

Any technical deficiencies in the submitted files may directly affect the final result.


4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service includes one (1) round of minor revisions at no additional cost.

Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees according to current rates.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery of the first version. After this period, the project may be considered completed.

Revisions are intended for small adjustments and do not include full structural changes or new creative directions.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized, intangible, and artistic nature of mixing and mastering services, refunds are not available once the final version has been delivered.

A difference in personal taste or subjective expectation does not constitute a failure in service.

Loa-Audio commits to delivering services with professional care, technical accuracy, and adherence to the client’s agreed specifications.

Claims will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Verifiable technical defects in the final file (e.g., clicks, digital artifacts, file corruption).
  • Clear and documented failure to meet previously agreed technical delivery specifications.

In such cases, Loa-Audio will correct the issue at no additional cost.
If correction is not technically possible, a proportional solution may be evaluated.

Outside of these cases, the service will be considered properly delivered.


6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully completed personalized services.

Once work has begun and/or the final version has been delivered, the client waives any right to cancellation or refund.


7. Intellectual Property & Use of Material

The client retains full ownership and copyright of their original musical works.

Loa-Audio does not claim any rights over the client’s compositions or recordings.

The studio may retain project files for archival purposes.

Promotional use (such as portfolio references, social media mentions, or website credits) will only occur with the client’s prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

Loa-Audio shall not be held liable for:

  • Commercial performance of the release
  • Distribution issues
  • Platform loudness normalization outcomes
  • Third-party alterations after delivery

Once final files are approved and delivered, responsibility for distribution and usage rests entirely with the client.


9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and making payment for services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
